The K.A.R.E.S. - Employee Crisis Fund was designed by Keystone Employees to help other Employees. Throughout the years, there have been many who were in need of a helping hand. This non-profit foundation has come to fruition to provide financial need to Keystone Valley Vail Resorts employees in need.
